Please note this is a fully office-based role What’s in it for you? Full time, Permanent Competitive salary from £28,500 to £32,000pa DOE. Monday – Friday / 8.30am – 5pm A supportive and collaborative work environment. 25 days holiday bank holidays. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service. Understand bespoke specifications and advise customers on the best products to meet their needs. Prepare and follow up on quotes to convert enquiries into sales orders. Process sales orders efficiently, advising customers on dispatch times. Maintain and update customer records in CRM system to ensure accuracy and reliability. The Person: Proven sales support experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Good attention to detail due to high level of data and paperwork. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and handling multiple responsibilities.
