HR Advisor opportunity working for a leading organisation based in Doncaster available on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be part of the HR and Compliance Team, providing HR support across the organisation. Main Responsibilities Work alongside hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction. Processing, preparing and issuing paperwork. Carrying out employee screening. Maintaining employee files. Point of contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues. Advising Line Manager on HR law and advice. Involvement in HR cases. Monitoring and booking training. Involvement in compliance duties. What they Expect of You Capability to work in a team or independently. Ability to work under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous HR experience. Minimum of level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience. Desirable: Knowledge and qualification. Mental Health First Aider.
