Role Summary Join our team as a Wellness Coach and make a meaningful impact on community health across Slough! As a vital part of the Health and Wellbeing Slough service, you’ll work alongside a team of Wellness Coaches to deliver essential health programs, bringing support directly to diverse communities through our mobile clinic. In this role, you will: - Drive and operate the mobile clinic van throughout the Slough area, ensuring our services are accessible to all. - Focus on weight management coaching to help participants make sustainable lifestyle changes. - Support the delivery of other public health programs, including: - NHS Health Checks and General Health Assessments – providing individuals with valuable information to take control of their health. - Falls Prevention– an innovative program aimed at identifying and preventing fall risks within the community. - Stop Smoking Services – guiding clients through a personalized journey to quit smoking.
