• PAYE: £20.17 per hour
• Umbrella: £23.66 per hour
Pulse Nursing is seeking an experienced Band 6 CPN to join a dynamic and supportive team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with a diverse caseload, providing high-quality mental health care in a community setting.
As a CPN, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health assessments, developing care plans, and supporting service users in their recovery journey. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and person-centered care to individuals in need of mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide mental health assessments, including risk assessments and care planning.
2. Offer one-to-one support to individuals with mental health conditions in the community.
3. Deliver therapeutic interventions and support recovery goals.
4. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
5. Monitor and review care plans to ensure the highest standards of care.
6. Provide crisis management and intervention as needed.

Requirements:
1. Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
2. Previous experience as a Band 6 CPN, ideally within a community setting.
3. Strong clinical knowledge and skills in mental health care.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
5. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
6. Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if required).
