6. Driving successful delivery of consumer products from conception to adoption, using data-informed metrics to determine how people experience our products.
7. Understanding the needs of both our customers and users and identifying opportunity spaces and growth levers.
8. Researching the market, competitors and clients to help continually conceptualise the future state of our products.
9. Reporting the status of your product development and impacts to the wider business.
10. Representing Datapharm at industry events.
ABOUT YOU
Skills, Expertise & Competencies:
1. Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager. Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
2. Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
3. Able to learn quickly, assimilating new information and synthesising viewpoints/hypotheses. Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
4. High EQ and empathy for both our external customers (i.e., Pharmas, Patients & Healthcare Professionals) and internal customers (senior stakeholders, cross-functional collaborators).
5. Able to evidence your decisions in sound qualitative and/or quantitative analysis and logic.
6. Able to communicate well and articulate the 'why' behind your decision, whether to senior stakeholders or team-mates.
7. Pragmatic, resourceful and acts without waiting to be told what to do. An obsessive problem-solver who isn't afraid to 'get out of the building' and engage with customers to uncover their own insights.
8. Enthusiastic contributor to the cultural fabric of our team, lives to see the team succeed together and proactively brings new ideas to the table.
