So, you’re a software sales professional with extensive outbound sales experience? As European Sales Manager at Cambridge Intelligence, you’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams globally to drive a major share of our revenue. You thrive on a challenge and use your business development skills to proactively generate opportunities with our target accounts and partners. What’s involved? This is an exciting opportunity to join a category leading established high growth company in a rapidly expanding market. You’ll manage the entire sales life-cycle from lead through to contract completion and work with a combination of major commercial enterprises, government agencies, consulting companies and exciting high growth technology companies. This role is based 3 days a week in our Cambridge city centre office during onboarding then one day a week thereafter. Requirements Who’s the ideal candidate? An ambitious self-starter who loves to hit targets, you’ll have considerable experience working in a B2B SaaS business selling technical products to a technical audience. A proven track record of outbound sales, working with a technical product is key with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships across all levels of a business. We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes: Good negotiation skills Excellent communication skills over email and phone Experience using a consultative approach with key business and technical executives Consistent history of high achievement Accountable team player A confident cheerleader in public, via speaking events and presentations. You might also have experience of: Managing a small team and enjoy mentoring others Knowledge of the data visualisation industry or related data analysis industries In addition to the English language, someone who can speak other languages to communicate effectively with our growing European customers (ideally French, German or Italian) is highly desirable.
