A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for someone who is based local to Halesowen and wants to work locally! My client is a global manufacturing business with a brilliant reputation within their field. They are currently looking to bring on a customer service administrator to join their vibrant, friendly, and relaxed customer service team. This is not a call centre role!
Salary = £26,000 per annum (increasing to £27,000 after probation) + approx. £1500 discretional bonus
Working hours = 37.5/week, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities include:
1. Processing sales orders from phone call and email requests
2. Managing email inbox
3. Proactive calls to obtain information
4. Raising invoices
5. Obtaining purchase order numbers of invoice contacts
6. Chasing up delivery updates on sales made
7. Checking stock levels
8. Handling complaints
9. Speaking to several different departments
10. Scanning and filing
11. General administration
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be based local to Halesowen
2. Be flexible with the working rota
3. Ideally have previous telephone-based customer service or admin experience
4. Be competent with general IT packages
5. Have strong telephone management skills
