They are now seeking a self-motivated and experienced FM Asset and Service Contract Manager to help deliver their increasing demand for asset management and contract management expertise on behalf of School, Academy, Local Authority and NHS Trust clients across public sector commissions. FM Asset and Service Contract Manager, your responsibilities: PFI Contract Commissions providing compliance and technical support on behalf of clients Contract Compliance evaluating contractor performance; analysing and interpreting data to calculate service failure; liaising with relevant client-based Managers; reporting, documentation and key actions; analysing Helpdesk work orders Asset Management providing contractual advice on PPM maintenance; carrying out condition and compliance audits; monitoring planned maintenance and lifecycle programmes; managing building defects and poor condition issues; negotiations strategies; managing contract support Soft FM Management reviewing operational delivery of Soft Services (cleaning, portering/caretaking, grounds and gardens, and catering); ensuring performance of the services is aligned with service specifications and reflects the contract Project Management acting as a Project Manager delivering capital projects and/or FM Services reconfigurations together with small team management; leading the provision of technical and operational services; facilitating tendering projects FM Asset and Service Contract Manager, perfect applicant: Previous experience in a similar role and/or Facilities Management degree/qualifications or equivalent is essential Understanding of service delivery contracts, specifications, KPIs and performance measurement tools Capable of producing structured written work such as performance reports and financial service delivery analysis Background in Asset Management, managing service deliveries for large public access buildings i.e. hospitals, schools, leisure centres, hotels, shared office facilities Knowledge of Facilities Management, either maintenance or service provision such as portering/caretaking, cleaning, catering services Problem solver, self-motivated and able to take on challenges from the outset Collaborative approach and confident in building positive client relationship Ability to analyse and interrogate contractual data IT literate, in particular spreadsheet functionality, word and power point Familiarity with the nuances around PFI projects and project management in general would be advantageous FM Asset and Service Contract Manager, the benefits: 25 days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays and day off for your Birthday Remote and flexible working arrangements Private Medical Insurance Annual bonus scheme New business bonus scheme Travel expenses Professional development and training support Offers will be conditional upon pre-employment checks, including Enhanced DBS Check.
