About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for updating external client systems with updates in relation to job activity and providing support to the teams.
2. Support with the scheduling of subcontractor work as and when required.
3. Manage and organise multiple mailboxes.
4. Updating internal CAFM system with updates.
5. Administrative support for the engineer on-call rota.
6. Updating customer systems with required contractual updates.
Key Hiring Criteria:
1. Experience working within a facilities management helpdesk is advantageous.
2. Administrative experience is essential.
3. Good understanding and experience with Microsoft Office software packages and general IT knowledge.
4. Experience in using CAFM or other management systems.
