Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and driven Account Manager – Supplier Partnerships to join us at our Wigan office. This role is crucial to our growth and involves actively sourcing and onboarding new suppliers in the UK to purchase leads generated through our platform, particularly in Managed Print and Digital Workflow Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales, experience with CRM systems, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn AI technologies, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role, as we value individuals who bring fresh ideas and adaptability to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplier Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure partnerships with UK-based suppliers for managed print solutions, digital workflow tools, and related services.
* Lead Conversion Strategy: Collaborate closely with suppliers to optimise lead conversion, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring they are engaged, supported, and aligned with our lead generation strategies.
* Data & Reporting: Track and analyse supplier performance and sales outcomes using CRM systems and Google Sheets, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in managed print and digital solutions.
* Learn AI Integration: Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Llama to refine engagement strategies and explore how AI can enhance supplier acquisition and client relationship management.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within managed print services, digital solutions, or a related sector.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (minimum of 4 years' experience).
* Interest in and willingness to learn AI technologies (experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Llama is a bonus).
* Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, with a flexible approach to adapting to new challenges.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
