Relief Support Worker

You are required to work Sleep in shifts as part of the role and the cover of service will be within a 10 mile radius of the city center
We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Sheffield Outreach, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in an outreach and supported living services.
Your role would include supporting adults with varying conditions such as a learning disability, Autism, mental health and physical conditions to live as independent a lift as possible. To support people to learn and develop new skills, to engage in meaningful and purposeful activities and life skills which may include; personal care, budgeting, shopping, medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, engaging in community activities to name a few

Shift patterns include evenings, sleepovers, nights and weekends.
Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided
An enhanced Adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
