To bring this to life, we are seeking a strategic leader for our newly created role of Head of Strategic HR, Talent and Cultural Change. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving innovative talent strategies and fostering a culture of positive change.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and inspire teams with responsibility for Strategic Resourcing, Talent and Learning, Leadership and Culture, Change and Engagement, and Wellbeing and EDI.
* Collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, lead impactful strategies to attract and develop future talent, create excellent leaders and managers, and develop a focus on wellbeing and EDI.
* Work with leadership and management across the organisation to foster a high-performing and inclusive working environment that creates a culture of trust, collaboration and ambition where we all belong, thrive and perform at our best to deliver excellent services to our residents.
What you will need to succeed:
* Significant experience in HR and cultural transformation, within a large and complex organisation.
* Ability to develop and drive compelling talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop talent in a way that supports the organisation’s goals and future vision.
* Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking, capable of identifying the root causes of cultural issues and providing strategic advice to senior leadership and management.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, up to the most senior levels of leadership; with a proven ability to lead and influence diverse teams, and deliver against continuous change and transformation.
