As our Retail Sales Assistant, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the Elemis Account by driving the sales of Elemis products. Your passion for Elemis and providing exceptional product knowledge to ensure strong sales KPIs are essential in this role.
As a retail expert, you will ensure link selling and eventing is key to your remit reporting into the John Lewis Business Manager.
Your organisation and attention to detail will ensure that the Company standards are always maintained, through the delivery of an exceptional Elemis journey for each client.

Weekly Hours: 30 hours, 4 days
What Will You Do?
* Pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales to meet and exceed personal and counter targets.
* Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product range.
* Participate fully in promotional/PR activity to ensure the success of promotions and events.
* Ensure products prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs, considering medical contraindications.
* Assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Maintain the Elemis counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
* Provide the highest standard of customer service and handle client complaints promptly, consulting the Account Management Team when needed.
* Keep all client details confidential and secure, ensuring information is not discussed with unauthorized parties.
Sustainability Responsibility
* Ensure all duties and actions contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set by ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.
* Be mindful of Elemis’ sustainability pledge when ordering testers and professional-grade products.
* Plan and execute promotional activities with sustainability in mind, reducing waste wherever possible.
* Carry out other duties as requested by management from time to time.
The Perfect Candidate:
* 3 years of strong proven track record in sales and link selling.
* Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
* Passionate about achieving results in a target-driven environment.
* Previous experience working with a premium skincare brand.
* Elemis treatment and product knowledge.
* Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy.
