An exciting opportunity has come up to join our Corporate Senior Nursing Team as the Nursing and Quality Administrator.
Responsibilities will be to provide a range of administrative/secretarial support relevant to the area, ensuring that urgent matters are actioned and escalated without delay.
You will be required to manage diaries, calendar invites, and where required, email inboxes with the directorate. You will support, supervise, and co-ordinate other members of the team as required to ensure the smooth running of the directorate.
You will also have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of improvements for the service, incorporating new practices and ways of working.

You will provide administrative support to the following:
* Associate Director of Quality Improvement and Medical Directorate
* Head of Quality Improvement and Clinical Outcomes
* Head of Clinical Effectiveness
* Head of Patient Experience
* Infection Prevention and Control Team
* Accrediting Care at ESNEFT Team
* Deteriorating Patient Team
* Moving and Handling Team

Person Specification
Experience
* Previous administrative role
* Working collaboratively as part of a team
* Advanced IT Systems including Microsoft Office
* Experience of communicating with a range of people both within and external to the organisation
* Experience within relevant work area
* Experience of working with members of the public
* NHS experience
* Supervision/co-ordination of other team members
Qualifications
* GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths
* NVQ level 3 in administration/secretarial or equivalent experience
Knowledge
* Confidentiality and Data Protection
* NHS Knowledge of relevant work area
