We are seeking a highly organised and assertive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our skincare business. This role requires a decisive individual who can ensure the team is performing at its highest level, meeting targets, and working efficiently. As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in driving productivity, setting and tracking goals, and maintaining accountability within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient and productive working environment
2. Act as a key link between team members and the CEO, conducting weekly meetings to review progress and set targets
3. Lead and motivate the team to ensure deadlines are met, and performance standards are achieved
4. Implement systems to monitor performance metrics, analyse productivity, and ensure accountability
5. Manage resources and schedules to support optimal workflow
6. Conduct regular performance reviews, set actionable goals, and provide feedback
7. Assist with onboarding and training processes to maintain a high level of team competence
8. Drive administrative tasks specific to the skincare business, such as documentation, supplier coordination, and supporting product launch activities
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
2. Strong organisational and leadership skills, with an ability to set and enforce standards
3. Results-driven, with a focus on maximising team productivity and achieving targets
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other project management tools
5. Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or skincare industry is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
