LBS Builders Merchants is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Digital Marketing Lead to drive the growth of our online presence across the LBS Group's branded B2B and B2C websites. This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and results-focused digital marketer to make a significant impact, optimising digital campaigns and enhancing customer engagement. You will be part of the Ecommerce function within the group, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement high-performing digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Shopping Optimisation & Retargeting – Manage product feeds, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and ROAS tracking to drive high-intent traffic to product pages.
2. Meta Dynamic Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – Oversee audience targeting, ad creative iterations, and campaign performance tracking to drive conversions at the lowest possible CPA.
3. Klaviyo Email Campaigns – Develop and refine segmentation strategies for automated flows, including abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase upselling, and loyalty campaigns.
4. Analytics & Performance Monitoring – Track on-site activity, user behaviour, and conversion funnels using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
5. SEO & Content Strategy – Implement keyword-rich content strategies, oversee blog content, optimise product descriptions, and manage technical SEO initiatives to enhance search visibility.
6. Design & Promotional Work – Create and oversee the development of landing pages, promotional graphics, and engaging visual content to support campaign performance and brand consistency.
Key Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience in Google Ads (Shopping, Display, Retargeting) and Meta Ads.
2. Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS analysis, and performance forecasting.
3. Ability to analyse and optimise digital marketing campaigns using tracking and reporting tools.
4. Experience in SEO and content strategy development.
5. Hands-on experience with email marketing automation (Klaviyo preferred).
6. Proficiency in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
7. Creative skills to support visual and promotional work, desirable but not essential.
8. A strategic mindset with the ability to manage budgets effectively and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
