Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service will make you an ideal candidate for this role. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, pro active, courteous and always smart of appearance. WHAT YOU’LL DO … As a Host you will ensure guests are given a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel. You will provide a personalised service to all guests. Your aim will be to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction as you will be acting as a representative of The hotel. You will always smile, be confident, polite and use guest’s names, if known. Good levels of English are required.
