This company has offices in Europe, Asia, and America, but operates in almost every country. Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing.
In this role you will work within a team of Helpdesk Administrators, but will coordinate and manage the sales order process, from receipt of a customers purchase orders to raising SOP on the system and communicate to all parties expectations, update customer of the progress to invoicing the customer on dispatching of the goods. You will be required to also support the helpdesk team on occasion by taking customer and engineer calls and logging them onto the system. You'll be provided with full training on products and systems, and be provided on-going training and development going forward.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, good customer service skills, and have an interest in technical products/technology. Candidates must be commutable to Milton Keynes.
The Role:
* Working within the team of Helpdesk Admins, you will coordinate and support sales order processing, sales ledger invoicing, control all internal SOP's and quality management
* 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

* IT Literate (Sage, Word, Excel)
