About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across multiple care homes.
You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to support the continual improvement of standards and implement key actions to address any issues that arise.
Key responsibilities include reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home, analysing results, and identifying practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met and care standards are maintained.
As a Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse, you will be expected to support the performance of each home, ensuring it meets the highest clinical standards.
With a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements, you will be able to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver impressive results.
