Overview
We are seeking a pro-active, diligent and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Supply Chain leadership team to maximise efficiency with full secretarial and administrative responsibilities.
About the position
The Personal Assistant is responsible for effective diary management, travel management, team coordination and internal & external communications for up to 5 Supply Chain Directors. This role reports into the Executive Assistant to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Responsibilities
In brief you will:
* Calendar management & scheduling in multiple locations/time zones
* Act as a central point of contact and screen and manage all incoming correspondence, acts as Supply Chain Team IT Co-ordinator
* Organise travel via the preferred Business’ online tool
* Respond to ad hoc requests as appropriate
* Prepare slide decks and pre reading materials for Supply Chain meetings
* Support on the look and feel of presentations & communications
Qualifications
About You
Our ideal candidate must understand business priorities, have a thorough understanding of the function and anticipate needs while driving process improvements for the leadership Team.
The successful candidates will have experience supporting Director level and/or above across multiple geographic locations & time zones.
Experience of working in global corporate organisations, a strong service ethic and a passion to deliver actions at pace and to a high standard.
