To design, deliver and evaluate training and qualifications for learners and contribute to training needs analysis to meet Council priorities and support strategic programmes and initiatives. To develop programmes of training, including e-Learning design, and deliver sessions face to face and digitally to meet identified needs of staff. To develop coaching opportunities and other designated activities to enhance employee career progression for Highland Council employees.
