Karntek Ltd, a leading fire safety consultancy based in Stafford, is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to contribute to the technological backbone of our operations.
The IT Systems Administrator will play a key role in managing and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security of our systems. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our staff and enhancing our fire safety consultancy services through effective IT solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain IT systems, Hardware and Software
2. Ensure the security and integrity of company data and IT systems
3. Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
4. Oversee software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
5. Collaborate with all departments to identify IT needs and implement solutions
6. Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT management
Minimum Requirements
1. Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
2. Strong knowledge of operating systems
3. Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively
Benefits
1. Base Salary £28,000 - £35,000 DOE

4. Full time role but part time hours may be available for the right candidate.
