An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Council’s Complaints Service as a Senior Complaints Officer.
This role is required to ensure the compliance of the Councils’ statutory obligations under children’s, adults and public health complaints legislation as well as investigating complex corporate complaints and writing detailed responses to residents.
The post holder will provide advice and guidance to residents and other stakeholders including senior managers within all Council services and also lead on the completion of Ombudsman casework.
Knowledge and experience of complaints management is essential as is the use of an electronic case management system.
