THE COMPANY:
We're proud to be partnering with a highly successful and fast-growing business located in the Aylesbury area that is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team.
THE SALES LEDGER CLERK ROLE:
As the Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:
1. Producing, verifying and sending daily, weekly and consolidated sales invoices to clients.
2. Ensuring the accuracy of around 300 to 400 invoices per month.
3. Managing queries and resolving them.
4. Conducting account reconciliation.
5. Attending weekly finance meetings to report on the sales ledger.
6. Producing reports on MS Excel.
7. Providing support to the wider finance team.
THE PERSON:
Must have experience in a similar role, such as Sales Ledger Clerk, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Assistant.
An exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with Sage would be a significant advantage.
Good MS Excel skills.
