This is a perfect opportunity for the right individual to play a crucial role in transforming the performance of our website. What you’ll be doing Website Management: Create, update, and optimize web pages to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines. A/B Testing: Develop, implement, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Identify opportunities to enhance website performance, using data and analytics to inform decision-making. User Journey Optimisation: Map and refine user journeys to improve the website experience and achieve business objectives. Support: Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with daily digital activities and initiatives that contribute to business objectives, including relaunching a new company website. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to execute digital initiatives. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing efforts. Best Practices: S tay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, CRO, and user experience. Website Management Proficiency: Strong knowledge of website management tools, including WordPress and other CMS platforms, ensuring effective website performance and optimization. A/B Testing Experience: Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize or CrazyEgg, driving data-informed improvements to campaigns and websites. Analytics Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Hotjar, utilizing data insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize user experiences. CRO Strategy Familiarity: Demonstrated understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, with proven success in improving conversion metrics. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
