Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll join an inclusive and supportive team that works collaboratively to provide care and support to people with mental health conditions. Your duties will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, updating patient records, and assisting with personal hygiene. It's a challenging but hugely rewarding role, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference in someone's life. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.
Job responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

Qualifications
* No specific qualifications are required, but experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK is desirable. A caring, compassionate, and resilient attitude is essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
