Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our two directors on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars, handling email correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
* Handle email correspondence, prioritize tasks, and follow up as needed
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
* Conduct research and compile data for meetings and projects
* Assist with event planning and special projects as required
* Provide administrative support both remotely and in the office
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Schedule: 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
