Residential Property Operations Assistant
Yeovil, Somerset
9am-5.15pm (some flexibility available) Monday-Friday
From £25,750 - £28,300
* Assisting the Operations Manager to ensure that the case management system is up to date with all precedent letters, procedures and documents developing updates where necessary and keeping up to date via team meetings/courses etc.
* Assisting with all aspects of the CQS accreditation and other accreditations
* Completing a percentage of audits required per quarter – Part1
* Assisting with general team admin management
* Arrange team meetings/support staff team meetings and training alongside the Operations Manager
* Support the team leader at weekly DMC Meeting and any subsequent actions.
* Attend other offices when need arises to assist in relocation of work, organisation of team structure within office and other issues that may arise.
* Active involvement in any new office where residential conveyancing will be carried out including closure of any offices.
* Organise discounted/free conveyancing within the Northen offices when requested and ensure HR and the Operations Manager are aware for any potential reimbursement claim
* Maintain SDLT users for Residential Property
* Maintain HMLR users for Residential Property
* Maintain users on the Help to Buy site for Residential Property
* Where possible try to resolve unidentified funds if deemed Residential Property funds
* Maintain good working relations with the team and assist with Team Building events
* Fulfil where possible Operations Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
* Approval/review of holiday requests
* Oversee quarterly check-ins with assistants in the North, ensuring they communicate effectively, identify issues, and report as relevant to Team Leader and Head of Department.
