You will be responsible for conducting in-depth assessments of our current organisational structure, processes, and workflows to identify areas that can be enhanced for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Leadership Development:
Facilitate leadership development to empower and equip leaders with the skills and knowledge required to lead their teams effectively within the revised operating model and support continual improvement.Employee Engagement:
Implement strategies to boost employee engagement and satisfaction by aligning the operating model with the needs and expectations of our workforce. Data Analysis and Process Improvement:
Use data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of the operating model. Stakeholder Collaboration:
