About our Nursery
Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Droitwich are proud to hold a GOOD rating with Ofsted. We are looking for dedicated Nursery Practitioners across our Nursery, who put the Children at the heart of everything they do. We are currently nearing the end of an extensive refurb across the building and are looking to expand our team to give every child the best start in life. We are set in a stunning regency building with a beautiful garden at the rear, offering so many learning and development opportunities for both Children and Staff.
Busy Bees Droitwich is situated in the heart of the town, just a 10-minute walk away from Droitwich train station, with convenient bus connections from Worcester and in proximity to the M5.

What to expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator
* As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
* Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
* Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
* And most of all…have FUN!
*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse*
