Housing Officer (Intensive Housing Management Team) 1x Full-Time, Fixed-Term for 12 months position, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £32,215 a year, rising to £36,812 per year after key competencies of the role are met. Tai Tarian is growing, and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Housing Officer to join us. You'll be joining our team at a pivotal moment as this is without out doubt, a challenging time for the housing sector. Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role will manage caseloads by organising work effectively for the service. The successful candidates will provide technical knowledge of Housing Management within defined guidelines, processes and procedures, internally to managers and employees as well as engaging with external stakeholders, including customers and service providers, building partnerships with other organisations and agencies. work proactively with our contract holders, undertake case management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our service is delivered. To be successful in the role of Housing Officer our new team member will be educated to Level 4/HNC in a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
