One of our schools are looking for several LSA’s (Learning Support Assistant) to help support an SEN school in Northampton. This school are needing extra staff to help support the children either in a 1:1 setting or small groups. About the role: Sociable hours, NO WEEKENDS – 8.30am-3:30pm Provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASC/SEMH. Assist with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development. Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students.
