Customer Service Administrator Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Administrator, it will be your job to manage customers' enquiries, requests, and orders, ensuring that all communications are professional, polite, and productive. • Building a rapport with customers and delivering excellent customer service. • Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately in a timely manner. • Placing orders & building working relationships with key suppliers. • Liaising with internal production, warehouse and transport regarding the manufacture and delivery of our orders. • Prioritizing your own workload with attention to detail and multitasking.Do you have the correct profile Any of the following skills and experience would make you a viable candidate for this position.
