Composite Prime, a family business celebrating ten years of trading in 2025 are the UK's leading Nationwide supplier of Composite Landscaping and Construction products based in Crossflatts, Bingley in West Yorkshire. We are seeking a driven Internal Sales Executive to join the internal sales team at our office in Crossflatts, to proactively drive sales to Landscapers, Contractors and Trade along with fielding Retail based enquiries and product sample requests.
Telesales / Sales experience is most definitely necessary along with an innate ambition, positivity, drive, out-going nature & a hunger to make money. Must possess a 'Hunter' mentality to pro-actively approach self-identified opportunities and potential new clients to introduce our full portfolio.
You will receive a full training programme within a friendly office environment. A superb telephone manor is a must and impeccable levels of attention to detail will be required to manage your sales pipeline.
This role includes commission on top of your basic salary pay and is an immediate start position following the interview process with a realistic OTE of £35,000 per annum.
Your main duties as a Telesales / Internal Sales Executive would include, however wouldn't be limited to the following:
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages into the business
* Target new sales enquiries and self-identify new prospects
* Hunt new opportunities using social media, cold approach and WhatsApp
* Manage inbound emails into the sales@ company inbox
* Respond to retail enquiries, sample requests and quotation requests
* Meticulously update the company CRM to enable tracking of all opportunities
* Produce quotations for customers and juggle multiple sales opportunities at any one time
* Overall customer support - answering phone calls & emails from customers and general technical enquiries
