Job Description
Your new role at Hays Accountancy and Finance involves supporting a team of engineers by uploading drawings and documents to the system, opening drawings, receiving, tracking and monitoring documents, preparing documents, maintaining hard and soft copies, and maintaining an accurate filing system.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting engineers with document management tasks
* Maintaining an accurate filing system
* Preparing documents for distribution
* Receiving and tracking documents
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within document control
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills
* IT-literate able to pick up new software systems easily
* Experience of using Document Management systems such as Sharepoint, Viewpoint, Procore will be advantageous combined with the use of Excel
