The Company - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

They don't expect you to have an in-depth understanding of the market (although always a bonus) as they will teach you everything you need to know in order to be up to date with market trends.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside multimillion pound billers with their top performer currently on target to hit £3 million by the end of 2025!

* Base salary of £27.5k which rises to £30k after your promotion.
* On target earnings in year 1 of £55k!

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Headhunting Candidates
* Sourcing candidates via cold calls, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.
* Advertising new roles on behalf of the client.
* Interviewing/screening candidates.
* Guiding candidates throughout the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way.
Business Development
* Cold calling potential new clients.
* Building a great relationship with the clients.
* Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs.
