To support with the administration required to maintain FSQA activities to deliver the safety, quality, and compliance of food products.
1. Export Administration:
Prepare all documentation required to facilitate the export of Rich’s products.
Assist in the development of optimized processes for the preparation of Export documentation.
Assist with the supplier and product approval and monitoring process in conjunction with the Senior Supplier Technologist in order to ensure all records are kept up to date on TraceGains and other technical portals.
2. Reporting:
Support the FSQA Manager Plant in the preparation of routine quality KPI reporting.
Support FSQA Manager – Customer in the logging of complaints, and in the preparation of routine customer and internal reports.
3. Office Administration:
Review and refine the paper and digital filing systems used to store technical documentation and optimize and implement.
Ensure technical filing system is maintained to ensure all documentation is readily accessible by FSQA team.
Support in Purchase Order preparation, and approval and query resolution.
4. Quality Assurance Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Critical:
• Experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work at pace and cope with ambiguity
• Strong planning and organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), BRC standards, and HACCP principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• High level of accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the organization.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a technical role within food or beverage manufacturing and/or food export administration
• A background in food science, microbiology, or a related field is beneficial.
