Job Title: Quality Engineer

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per year
Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm / 12.30pm on Friday

Key Responsibilities:
1. Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to identify and swiftly resolve any quality issues.
2. Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring complete resolution and satisfaction.
3. Perform root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and prevent future issues.
4. Prepare and author First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, ensuring the highest standards of precision and compliance.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Maintain meticulous records of quality investigations and corrective actions.
7. Contribute to the company’s longstanding reputation for excellence by upholding and advancing quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in managing NCRs, customer complaints, and root cause analysis.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed investigations and produce clear, comprehensive reports.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
