JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator
LOCATION: Newton Abbot/Paignton
SALARY: £29,000
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday

THE ROLE: As a Marketing Coordinator for their recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and coordinating effective marketing campaigns. Collaborating with colleagues across recruitment and operational teams, you will align goals and strategies to create seamless recruitment journeys. Your creativity, driven mindset and organisational skills will shine through in a varied role responsible for planning and executing data-driven campaigns to supporting with the selection and interviewing of high quality candidates!
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Lead weekly marketing meetings to align goals and strategies
Ensure seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Plan and execute data-drive recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to specific roles
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost -effective campaigns
Create compelling job adverts and collaborate with the marketing team to develop landing pages
Oversee the effectiveness of recruitment marketing assets and drive database growth campaigns
Support with recruiting, screening applications and interviewing candidates to ensure your understanding of the team and what is required to support within marketing.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in marketing with a creative flair is essential
An interest or experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong people skills and problem solving ability
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A positive can do attitude and thrive in a fast paced environment
