Oversee the daily operations of multiple construction projects across various trades, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
* Maintain effective Multi-Trade Construction Co-ordination to optimize operations.
* Manage Engineering Services to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
* Participate in coordination meetings to identify trade clashes and critical paths.
* Monitor contractor workload and project progress with the Construction Manager.
* Ensure daily project reports and diaries are up-to-date.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing variation applications and confirming work change directives.
* Providing quality control inspections of workmanship in multiple construction trades.
* Maintaining HSE standards and conducting site safety audits.
* Confirming project material requirements and issuing MTOs to Procurement.
* Validating SIPs quotes and valuations.
* Executing multiple contracts and KPIs.
* Signing off quality control within all SIPs scopes.
* Providing productivity reports and developing look-ahead schedules.
* Coordinating business critical priorities and SIPs resources.
Comply with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001) and adhere to safety, health, environment, and quality requirements, including workplace organization, standard operating procedures, and risk assessments.
