Job Description: Project Manager – Raised Access Flooring
Location: Central London Projects, Office based in Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 (Dependent on Experience and Seniority)

Role Overview:
The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects with some of the industry's leading main contractors. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery and installation of raised access flooring installations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and safety.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the raised flooring industry or a similar sector, such as flooring, ceilings or drywall projects, either with a main contractor or a subcontractor. You will work alongside an experienced team to help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of raised access flooring projects from inception to completion.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.

Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
*
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, main contractors, and project stakeholders.
*
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
*
Identify and resolve any project issues or risks in a timely manner.
*
Review and approve project documentation, including plans, specifications, and submittals.
*
Work closely with site teams to ensure all project milestones are achieved.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in project management, specifically in the raised flooring industry or related sectors such as flooring, ceilings, or drywall.
*
Background in working with main contractors or subcontractors on construction projects.
*
Strong understanding of construction processes, project delivery, and health & safety requirements.
*
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field would be an advantage.
