IN SHORT
You will play an integral role in enhancing and facilitating colleague experience. As a vital member of the People Services Department, you’ll be required to work with our operations team to take responsibility for ensuring all processing of new starters, leavers, transfers and amendments are completed accurately and within standard timescales. You’ll maintain communications with colleagues via a shared mailbox, ensuring that queries and concerns are dealt with efficiently and escalated as required. You’ll ensure we remain GDPR compliant when handling sensitive data and ensure all colleague personal information is maintained. You’ll be involved in supporting People related projects across the department which may include generating reports. You’ll also respond to external queries such as data requests or reference requests in a professional manner. You’ll work alongside our People Services Payroll team, Learning & Development and Recruitment to ensure colleagues receive a high-quality service. You’ll also be responsible for drafting and generating confidential documentation such as contracts of employment. This role will ideally suit someone who is looking to start their career in HR.
You’ll ideally be familiar with Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel and it would be a huge advantage if you have experience of using a HR system, in particular iTrent (although training will be provided).
