We’re recruiting for building services mechanical engineers who are interested in not only mastering the principles of mechanical engineering but learning all about the multidisciplinary role of a building services engineer. We're also open to those with a couple of years experience looking for a change or to further advance their career. At WP3 we provide client and quality focused building services advice, solutions and engineering. We take a holistic approach, able to service projects from a feasibility/concept phase right through to delivery, completion and post-occupancy support. We place an emphasis on sustainability through our designs, with a significant portion of our workload focusing on decarbonisation strategies and efficiency improvements. We’ve an abundance of interesting and diverse projects on the horizon, having recently worked on projects as diverse as underwater film studios to new airport terminals to large-scale decarbonisation. We’re looking for graduate engineers to join our team with the possibility of advancing into more senior roles within a short period of time. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, and any knowledge of building services and or other disciplines would be beneficial but is not a strict pre-requisite. The ideal candidate will meet the following competency and software familiarity requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in engineering 0-2 years’ experience in a consultancy or contracting background Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of simplifying technical language and reporting Proficient in excel and word Some familiarity with AutoCAD (or similar) and experience in 3D BIM software is a bonus Package and Benefits Hybrid working arrangement 25 days leave p.a.
