Role Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager to play a critical role supporting our Global Finance Talent vision. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering leading Finance-focused Talent initiatives across Global Finance, supporting Finance succession planning, and working collaboratively with global HR, L&D and Talent teams to align propositions. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver Finance-focused Talent and learning programmes in line with our Finance Talent roadmap, including short term interventions and longer term / multi year initiatives. Work collaboratively with internal Flutter Talent and L&D teams to harness their expertise and support in developing fit for purpose Finance programmes. Identify and develop positive relationships with appropriate third party training and consultancy providers to support the development of best in class Finance programmes, including agreeing third party scope of work and deliverables. Develop positive relationships and partnerships across the People teams relevant to Finance to ensure alignment across wider Talent and People initiatives, working collaboratively and providing input as appropriate. Proactively identify opportunities for new Finance focused Talent / learning initiatives, using internal data and feedback, and external industry insights, to drive continuous improvement and generate new ideas for high impact Finance initiatives for inclusion within our Talent roadmap. Supporting the Group Director of Transformation and Talent in preparing materials for the Global Finance Leadership Team. Gather, analyse, prepare and present Talent data to the Global Finance Leadership Team and People Leadership teams, providing strategic insights into Finance Talent to support effective decision-making. Track and report on Talent initiatives, designing metrics/KPIs as appropriate to measure progress, and identifying and managing risks to ensure Talent initiatives are being implemented. Engage with the Global Finance teams to develop a sense of Finance community, driving a learning and development culture, and fostering an environment where individuals feel empowered to own their own careers. Skills & Capabilities Strong project management, planning and execution skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Highly self-motivated, autonomous, outcome-focused and collaborative, thriving in a fast-moving, multi-faceted and dynamic environment. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint. Ability to flex between big picture outcomes and managing details. Highly organised, outcome-focused with the ability to deliver to deadlines and work at pace. Qualifications & Experience Experience in Talent development / L&D roles, preferably within a large, multinational organisation. Experience in designing, developing and implementing high impact Talent and learning programmes to specified scope/outcomes. Experience in working with Finance teams and stakeholders desirable. Measure of Success Successful delivery of Finance Talent programmes. Senior Finance leaders continue to be engaged in Finance Talent initiatives. Positive impact on Finance culture in terms of talent development and L&D. Positive relationships created across People, Talent and L&D teams.
