Your responsibilities for the role:
8. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2
9. Design lesson plans, schemes of work, and educational activities that align with curriculum objectives and cater to students' abilities and interests
10. Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessment methods, including tests, quizzes, projects, and observations
11. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on students' progress, academic achievements, and areas for development
12. Collaborate with other staff members, such as school counsellors or support staff, to provide additional support to students when needed
Essentials for getting cleared as a KS2 Primary Teacher
13. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
14. Experience teaching KS2 students (NQTs are welcome to apply).
15. Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
16. An enhanced DBS on the update service
17. Eligibility to work in the UK
18. 2 recent professional proven references
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
