A client of mine based in Watford is looking for a Supply Chain & Contracts Manager to join the expanded office as they go through a period of growth. They’re an OTC/Consumer Health company focused on developing and manufacturing generic medications, specializing in acquiring and marketing affordable, quality generic drugs across various therapeutic areas, particularly in the UK and European markets. You will ideally have a pharmaceutical or NHS background to be considered for this position with experience at Supply Chain Manager level already.
Position Overview
As a Contract Manager, you will report directly to the Commercial Director and the Owner. You will be based in our office in Watford. You will develop a full understanding of the Sales Division, contracts, and a forecasting model including contracts and forecasts that need to be adhered to. You will liaise with our Sales Admin team and planning teams to ensure we have stock through OTIF service. You will achieve this through providing excellent customer service internally and externally and maximizing business opportunities.
Experience Required
Strong Contract/Customer Service experience, at least 5 years of Pharmaceutical Experience with a deep knowledge of industry trends. NHS experience is preferred. Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills. A track record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent presentation skills that connect and resonate at the highest levels. Experience in handling multiple agreements with varying degrees of complexity. In-depth commercial understanding of the Pharma marketplace and its technology strategies.
