The Role Develop and implement seasonal, nutritious, and appealing menus that meet dietary requirements Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Organize shift schedules and ensure team efficiency. Foster a positive and professional kitchen environment. Manage food and supply costs, ensuring efficient use of resources. Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to avoid waste and shortages.
