About the role : We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Strategy and Campaigns team as we enter a new and exciting stage of growth at toob. You will report directly into our Marketing Manager and will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness through traditional marketing tactics. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implement ing a detailed marketing growth strategy, as we continue to expand our network reach. You will have experience in developing and delivering upon end-to-end campaigns, in partnership with our brand and digital teams. You will have confidence in working with different stakeholders across the business, presenting back initial concepts as well as results and recommendations. You will be used to owning and maintaining budgets and be used to working to strong lead generation growth targets through effective marketing deployment. You should be a strategic marketer who is inspired by delivering end results. You should be detailed-orientated, a self-starter and super- efficient, w ith a passion for traditional marketing and owning brand awareness campaigns to driv e results. Your role r esponsibilities: Working with the Marketing Manager to drive the e xecution of end-to-end campaigns to drive brand awarenes s, registrations of interest and orders as we expand our network reach. Manage all traditional aspects of campaigns including media planning, budgeting and performance tracking. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign expectations are met. Be comfortable working closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best channels of execution for campaigns are identified. Has the ability to write specific channel briefs, clearly outlining requirements for our brand, digital and PR functions. Research, report and inform new campaigns with commercial, competitor, industry and area information. Identify opportunities to enhance the brand’s identity and further its reach. Improve new campaigns by evaluating data and feedback from existing and previous projects. Identify market gaps and untapped target markets to drive campaign activity against sales and marketing objectives. What you'll bring to toob: Marketing degree or equivalent marketing work experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, ideally in a Campaign Management role Excellent project management skills and experience with planning software, e.g. Monday. Experienced in developing thought through strategies that lead to tangible results Experienced with detailed documenting and reporting. Ability to gather and interpret data with a solid understanding of tracking and evaluating campaign performance. Hands-on approach, both doing the thinking behind a campaign and delivering upon the output of this Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions across the business. Ability to work as a team and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines and forward plan. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Must be able to travel and work from our Portsmouth office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) and work remotely from home on Mondays and Fridays.
