What will I be doing?
You will operate the site's weighbridge system, controlling all entries into/out of the site, maintaining the site diary and ensuring an organised office at all times.
You will:
* Assist with general administrative duties, such as answering phones and directing calls.
* Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
* Ensure that anyone going onto the site is provided with the appropriate protective equipment.
* Complete appropriate documentation, in accordance with legal guidelines.
* Ensure that all SUEZ Health and Safety policies are followed at all times.
* Communicate effectively with the team.
* Deliver outstanding front-line customer service.
* Learn mobile plant operations, providing opportunities to learn additional roles on site.
What are the requirements?
You will need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team, as well as:
* A flexible approach to work - you will be expected to cover for holidays and sick days if required.
* The ability and willingness to undertake other roles on site, with the required training and development being provided.
