Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and record all purchase ledger transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices to suppliers.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
* Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and provide reports as required.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Working Hours
The successful candidate will work full-time hours from Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:30 AM - 2:00 PM).
Salary: £24,000 - £25,300 per annum
